Policy VII-4.30-GC 兔子先生Policy on Salary Advances

  1. Purpose and Applicability

    This policy establishes the general prohibition on permitting salary advances against earned or unearned income for employees of University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), except in the limited circumstances described below.

  2. Administration

    兔子先生does not permit salary advances, unless there is an error in processing an employee鈥檚 paycheck and such salary advance is approved by the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Implementation Procedures

The 兔子先生President has designated the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to administer this policy; to develop procedures as necessary to implement this policy; to communicate this policy to the 兔子先生community; and to post the policy and any applicable procedures on the 兔子先生website.
